Community-Wide Fashion Showcase and Gospel Music Expo
In an effort to generate more positive fun-filled family oriented activities for the entire family to share with other Christians of all denominations I, Linda Thomas of Model's Connection of Dallas, have designed a tour a community wide projects entitled the "Who am I in Christ" Community Fashion Showcase and Gospel Expos. These expos will involve the coming together to show positive role models in a positive light. The light of the world...Jesus Christ.
Encouraging others is so very important. Especially with today's society trying to destroy lives one right after another. We can rise up and take a stand by showing the world we are here in a very positive way. How we carry ourselves is vitally important.
Workshop attendees who would like to be in the community-wide Fashion Showcase and Gospel Expo in their area will have tickets for the expo. Fifty per cent (50%) of each ticket sold by a member of your church will be presented back to your church during the production as a way to support, "give back", and say "thank you" for your role in helping to make your community a positive force from a Christian perspective.
If a workshop participant chooses not to participate in the community wide fashion showcase and gospel expo, they will still receive a "certificate of completion" for their workshop attendance during the showcase event. Presentations will also be made to the Pastors and their wives to show our appreciation of them for helping us to help others.
A special "Thank you" to you, Pastor. We love you for all that you do to spread the word of the "Gospel" in your community. God has strengthened you and made it possible for you to help and encourage so many. If you or a member of your congregation would like to have words and/or invite people to visit your church to experience what special events or activities your church has to offer, we would like to extend an invitation for you to do so during the designated time on the program when we will be showcasing our "special" Who Am I in Christ?" Workshop participating pastors.
